What is your cancellation policy?
We offer free cancellation up to 24 hours before your check-in date. If you cancel within 24 hours of check-in, a one-night charge applies. For our Premium and Royal Suite guests, we offer a generous 48-hour free cancellation window. We understand plans change, and we want to make this as stress-free as possible.
Is there parking available at the hotel?
Yes! We offer complimentary valet parking for all our guests. Our underground parking facility is secure, well-lit, and monitored 24/7 with CCTV cameras. Self-parking is also available. EV charging stations are available for electric vehicle owners.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Standard check-in is at 2:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 PM (noon). Early check-in and late check-out are available upon request and subject to availability. Premium and Royal Suite guests enjoy complimentary late check-out until 2:00 PM. Need even more flexibility? Just ask — we'll do our best to accommodate.
Are there any hidden charges I should know about?
